Every time Sunday roast is incoming, SWMBO tries a new fresh pud recipe from a telly chef ... Today's are James Martin's effort, I am quite taken with these, I reckon they could easily pass for a doughnut in flavour , maybe try one tonight with a splash of jam inside.

Jam on a Yorkshire. We used to have that growing up after dinner sometimes and it was great but no one else I know seems to have done it.
In fact, I have a giant Yorkshire pud for tonight , but I just checked - NO JAM!!😱

10” Yorkshire’s as starter for a Sunday roast luncheon (to fill you up), My mother and I used to do milk and sugar on them, my father always gravy. Quite odd looking back at it but it was intended to fill you before the meat course🤭
