Hi all
Last night I snapped in half one of the legs on my Viper flex journey xl .
Has anyone repaired one of these , I’m thinking of a sleeve of some kind . Your thoughts please guys.
Thanks in advance
Regards

My first port of call would be the distributor or manufacturer. They should have spares available, these aren’t £30 pieces of disposable junk, you’re paying £200+ you should expect some after sales service for the money paid….

Thanks for the feedback guys sure has give me a line of thought.
I will contact Claus as suggested and if no response I’ll have to make good of the one I have with the dowel and possibly a piece of 22mm pipe over it .
Regards
Colin

Hi all
Abit of an update my mate ( Dave Warbucks ) off here and I managed to slide a 22mm piece of copper pipe onto it and that is strong enough for now until I get a replacement.
I have sent an email to Claus, I’ll just wait for his response.
Thanks again to all .
Regards
Colin

Which leg did you snap ? If it’s the carbon centre piece they’re available on eBay. 18mm internal diameter, 20mm external. Don’t ask how I know 🫢

Just snapped mine but only the top plastic bit . Do you have his email address please

A while back I forgot I left my VF sticks resting up on the front of my truck below eye view in the field, yup you guessed it started to drive off and heard a horrible bump .
Jumped out and two legs bent to almost broke .
Strapped the plastic sleeves to both areas going below and above them bound them, no wobble, they are now my when TSHTF sticks and live in the back of the truck .
