Wanted: Hind stalking and other sport in November

Afternoon all.

A group of 10-12 of us (couples) are looking for a self catering sporting week in Scotland in early November hind or sika stalking ideally (self guided if pos, but understand unlikely) and then extras like somewhere near the coast with an option of some sea fishing would be a bonus and even some walked up woodcock or duck flighting.

For the last few years we have been going north of Lochinver culling on an island and recovering and processing/butchering all ourselves, but a lack of hinds last year, probably since the John Muir Trust have taken over the local Quinag estate, it is leading to us having a bit of a rethink.

Any suggestions appreciated

I don't know whether you've looked at Letterewe Lodge, but it always appealed to me if I'd had a large group.....might be worth a look?
