Pard 019 any good

I like them and own one. With an additional ir they are capable out to 250 yards. The additional lense is a must and the blue light is annoying as hell but much cheaper than a thermal spotter and will do the job. I’ve attached an LE-32 rangefinder to mine and it works. I’ll admit that with the rangefinder and the ir attached it’s a bit bulky but not too bad.

Hello, Nothing wrong with the Pard 019, Used one for years and still working ok, And yes it will need a Magnification lens in the rubber eye cup, Having tried a Bino and Monocular cheap N/V which both went pop, I would look at the new Pard 009 or a 019 if you can find one in GWO, You maybe lucky if Blackwoods give you discount on the Pard 009 and you will have Pards Warranty, PS Bruce will know on the extra magnification lens details, I think it is 49mm O/D by what ever magnification required

Hello, Just to say i used some black sparky tape over the rubber where it fits the Unit stop it splitting
Hello, I bought my 019 Years ago and used it for Foxing and Rabbits on a Sheep farm but that finished so gave up FAC, The 019 is a good N/V Spotter, With decent battery and extra I/R it will do 250 yards no probs
