Cheers Donnylad.

Just drop them into any Swarovski dealer and they`ll take it from there. Super service from Austria over the years.

Just FYI the electric gizmos come at a cost and not included in the free warranty repair. I think I paid £219 for the RF to be repaired as it had stopped working completely. But I still thought this was very good value after a few hard seasons in the mud etc.
They do quote before carrying out the works.

Did you get sorted? I have the same issue but the thought of being without my binos is terrifying

I am no longer buying from Swarovski , brilliant back -up for many years but now ? well , they told me last year that they no longer have the parts required . The item in question was binoculars , about 20 years old .
Well there are lots of other firms selling great optics products like Leupold and i have never needed sent back for repair in a similar time frame and 3 S+Bender Scopes that have never needed more than a clean now and then .

As above, had the same issue with rangefinder button on EL 10x42. Sent to UK office as above as they sent off. Had to pay for electric repair inc new button, but binos came back like new, new eye cups, cleaned and very impressed. From memory it took a couple of weeks inc freight, which at the time was slow post brexit.

I was the same when I had to send my 10x42 elr's away for repair, never thought I would miss a pair of binos as I use them all the time.
The digital display was acting up on my ones.
Posted them to Horley, and then they sent them to Austria for repair, 4 weeks all in from start of posting away to getting them back.
The parts got covered by Swarovski, but I had to pay for their time for the work to be done.
Returned as new once again, happy with the service and communication from them.

30-year warranty with the Habicht bins I purchased some 5-years ago. Hoping they will stick paperwork in my top pocket when closing the lid!

Surprised with Swarovski, they are normally renowned for their servicing of older kit.

Brexit did cause a lot of issues re import export also the cost to ship things here.

Hope you get things sorted.
