Where are Bergarra Rifles made?

I heard one very reputable rifle builder say that he had seen a bergara barrel with the bore not concentric with the outside of the barrel.

It should be noted that Ronins disdain for Bergara rifles is well known on this forum
He is a very experienced gun plumber and is perfectly entitled to his opinions
That does not necessarily make them universally correct

The cutter are centered in both ends of the barrel it may be of center in the middle then its shortened to 20-24".
