Torque wrench

A second for Wera torque tools, they're not cheap but they're very good, and they're mechanical.

I have a range of them in my workshop and I'm getting the 1.2-3nm one in duplicate for the range bag too.

You can usually pick up a MHH Engineering/Torqueleader/Gedore branded torque driver on ebay for £50 or less.

They got rebranded over time and then acquired by Gedore, but I'm pretty sure even some of the latest ones are still made in Guildford. I've been told these are/were considered the industry standard.

The ones that usually stick around for a while are "overpriced" or are male square drive, rather than female hex, but you can get lucky sometimes. You'll usually need to get a set of bits as they're rarely a full set and a maybe a generic T-handle with a male 1/4" square drive that connects at the back for better grip.

Be careful to buy a 1-5Nm one and not one of the cNm range ones. "Quickset" also doesn't meant they're adjustable - it means they're quick to set and calibrate at a fixed torque.
