As the title, 3mm SF100 blade steel with a blade length of 120mm, give or take.

Absolute Zero G10 scales fitted over black liners atop a tapering tang.

Premium leather hand made, hand stitched sheath in full grain, through dyed leather with complementary blue stitching.

This one is three months or so old now but totally brand new.

A thing of beauty ready go and fit for work.

All in £345 please.

This little thing...





Many moons when I was making for Purdey most of the knives they had were made of Damasteel, they did the machining of the blade blanks in house utilising their CNC gear, supplying me with pre cut blade blanks.

The teel was supplied in 1000mm lengths and quite wide, even when efficiently nested together there were some pretty funkily shaped larger areas of uncut, unused, good steel, I came up with a design similar to the above to use that steel up, we called it the Skin'ook.

The one you see above is a bit bigger than those original Purdey ones, the one above is around 120mm overall, blade length around 70mm.

3mm SF100, ground through at the spine making the spine of the blade (not tang/handle) more like 2.5mm.

I have been wondering what to do with mine, I have decided to offer it as a little freebie to anyone buying knife #1348

It has no sheath, what you see is what you'll get.

If you buy #1348 the the SF100 Skin'ook will be somewhere in the packaging when you open it up.

Confused yet? You are going to be...

So, the Skin'ook sold last night, I was messaged by a member from here and a deal was duly struck

So it is now not included with this sale, but...

... before it sold I was happy to take £345 for #1348 and the 'ook, I now have part of that £345 total as payment for the 'ook, but I'm not saying how much a part of the total, not yet anyway

The official asking price for #1348 is still officially £345 all in, but now as I have received part payment I am open to offers, maybe they don't even have to be that sensible?
