If a chap liked a spot of woodworking and fancied having a go and making his own rifle stock, where would be the best places/companies to source the blank from?
Any trouble with importing? Were the fees and taxes high?I've had 2 stock blanks in 'Paradox' or Burgoyne Walnut from this mob

Buy a suitable piece of beechwood first and use that. If it works fine it is suitable as a stock in its own right.
