v.interesting. checkout the new 6.5x55 data . it now outperforms the 260 rem.so much for modern cartridges ! :stir:

 but now we can only shoot up to 123 grain, they've messed up with the 2nd part of the 6.5x55 data on page 26

Sent them an email yesterday evening and they have fixed the problem with the second part of the 6.5x55 data! :-D

Curse you VV!! still no 75gn data for 243 or 140gn data for 270!
though nice to see they have added N160 across the board for .243 and .270

Vit data for the 260 and 6.5x55 is laughable. Trying to tell me that both of these cartridges are maxed out a 2750 FPS with 120gr bullets is just so much sh1te.

They are deliberately restricting data for the other 6.5's to try and make the 6.5x47L look competative.

What a joke.

I reckon this thread should be pinned, so that new reloaders have some official data to work from / start off with that is not just a rumour load they have heard on the net somewhere.

Greatly appreciated Sir :tiphat:

Have just starting to reload my own ammo, info at just the right time, perfick.

Thanks
Phil

look again Dabbler 6.5x55 with 120gr bullet and 52.7 gr N560 delivers 3056fps.
