Just a heads up on superb quality service from Jim Donaghy at the torchy batteries company

Basically I cocked up an order for batteries and a charger, charger didn’t fit the batteries, over 3 days all swapped over and completely sorted and a refund and a free charger all sorted in 3 days amazing service

So nice to find a on the ball motivated supplier and no fuss Superb service We could do more like this company, takes the stress out ordering knowing they’ve got your back

Ordered two 18650’s two days ago. Prompt e mail to say they will be posted the next morning. Should be with me tomorrow. Sorted. Think I’ll order a better charger than I already have off him as well.

Torchy never replied to my email years ago about a defective 18650 the supplied me.
I now buy elsewhere.
