First one from Friday with the shot report disturbing around a dozen Fallow who must have been pushed out from the combining around this stubble field so will be looking for them!

Tonight's area is stubble with a long strip of SFI which was hiding a muntjac buck, the lads were bailing 2 fields over well out of my way so I use the hedge as cover with him moving a lot closer as I rounded the corner, thank God for the thermal as he was very well blended in just his noggin exposed.

Quick bleed/clean out nice open carcass to cool, I could smell a fox so a back plan to return as a last stop.
A lap of "big hill" nothing but 90 acres has a fox working the ground a good 160 plus fell over, my modified 5th stick with it's reflective tape made a good marker for the straw row to drive up,

Back to the gralloch site a small fox playing with something also a second muntjac buck browsing on the sfi mix.
