Hoist options for pickup trucks

Liking the look of this. What sort of cost is involved in knocking up something like this? I have a Napier one at the moment but doesnt allow for the rotation of the carcass after gralloching, and with it being mounted directly onto the towbar I find that it limits the room for swinging the large fallow onto the tailgate.

I knew it didn't swivel from the moment I got it. It was gifted to me so was more than happy to take it, and for the most part it isn't causing me too many issues. Only after breaking the mechanism last year on a cira 100kg+ live weight fallow did I consider looking for a replacement. I have used it well on fallow and red hinds but always looking at ways to minimise physical effort. Not getting any younger.
