Did you send it to CSW? I sent my Viper PST to them as it was not tracking and received a new scope a few weeks later. Delay was in the new scope shipping from USA I believe, as they replaced a Gen 1 with a Gen 1, which you cannot buy now. Shame, as if they had no Gen 1 I may have got a Gen 2. Great comms all the way through the process.

Yes - sent to CSW

Mine is a Vortex Razor

However it is 10 years old

Fell off the shooting bench and landed straight onto the focus controls

Hoping for a new modern equivalent

What was the outcome of this? Did you get a scope? They seem to be considerably cheaper out there. I guess supply and demand.

I went through the motions speaking to companies and then looking at shipping to family in AZ and brining over but rule changes made the possibility of it being stopped at customs over there are now higher and. No company would support a warranty claim over here for it. So - bought one off our classified site here instead
