Just wondered if anyone has a copy laying around they're done with before I buy elsewhere? Cheers.

Good man. I am a springer man but looking at getting a lab next year so I see your hedging your bets. lol.
DM me your address and I'll get it posted tomorrow or Thurs.

What you trying to say???? 😆😆😆
I knew you would look to find something in my scribe that was not there... you lefty shepherd.

I found it simple and informative when it first came out. I've followed the same principles as Douglas with every dog I've trained, gundog or lurcher, not had a bad one yet.

If I can add to this discussion. When I first began my lifestyle change in the late 1980s by venturing into the gun dog world help was scarce. I lucked onto an English book "Training The Retriever" by J.A. Kersley and his words were the foundation of my kennel. The knowledge shared is priceless. The training outlined is straight forward and easy to put into practice. His discussion on how scent works carried over to the world of deer stalking as if this was the core subject. I reckon I owe the man a drink.
