When to bite the bullet and get rid of a rifle

Ive got a few rifles, .22LR, .222 .243 and 7-08. Ive got them in that order and loved the .222 before I got the .243.
The .222 is an M595 stainless synthetic and is a peach to shoot when I do use it. The .243 is a wood and blue M595 and isnt as aesthetically pleasing as the .222 but gets used much more than the .222. Now Ive put a new x56 scope on the 7-08 Im struggling for space for my 12G.
I dont need the cash and I love the .222 but would you chaps rid it or keep hold of it just in case. Ive found it hard tracking down nice 595's so dont want to regret it but I could make space and maybe just have one vermin rifle. A little overkill perhaps....

Where the cabinet is now I couldnt fit anything bigger and the other alternative is only accessed through a hatch.

I can potentially help,,,I'd need to get a variation through first mate, but should be no probs with my FEO tbh. I need a .222 and would be very pleased to adopt yours (depending on price and all that), and would be very happy to sign an agreement that you can buy it back whenever you wish, marked down according to use/wear of course. this may sound bizarre, but for what you want it might not be that crazy..!

If it's the .222 your thinking of selling, remove the stock and scope for safe storage, the barreled action will sit in the corner of the safe and take up little room.
If in a few months time you miss using it, put it back together again, nothing lost that way.
I must admit my .22lr was in bits for a couple of years, just to give me more room in the safe.

Me too!!! Im new here and just got the full scowl from the pay master general when she saw the movement on the screen. Get another gun safe easier to keep than get it back!!
