Sausage stuffing

Hi all,

Has anyone used this machine with the sausage stuffing attachments ?
Possibly think the 240v machine will be to fast and less controllable.

Just wondering if it’s much better then hand turn stainless standard sausage machine.

I personally don't like using grinder attachments for stuffing because it overworks the meat mixture. I just use a regular hand cranked, vertical stuffer.

The manual hand crackers are so much easier.It's as if you cant get the mix through fast enough with the electric mincer attachment.
Mine was a cheap vevor I bought off ebay years ago.Does a 5ltr mix if I remember.
You're welcome to borrow it anytime I'm only a few miles away.

Get a dedicated stuffer for job it's waaay better
