Roe are arguably the most attractive deer species in the UK, and your photos nicely support that thesis 
They are. I do love to see them when they're as fearless as these two. I'm fairly sure I saw them first earlier this year not long after they were weaned

They do have that same effortless grace, don't they?

I see this doe all the time when I'm out stalking whilst I originally almost exclusively seen her on the moor as the months have gotten a little worse I now see her behind the house and in this field.
I've seen her with her newborns, during the rut being chased whilst running circles with a buck, stealing sheep nuts whilst she knew we were there chatting too the farmer.
She has another kid that I'm guessing was in the rushes on the other side of the road as It appeared later on when I looked back, I noticed her little one here is a doe fawn I'm not too sure what the other one is.
Either way she's safe for now she Is not a deer I would like too shoot especially with her raising big healthy kids, the reds on this particular area are more of the problem anyways.
Plus once winter comes along and the roe start grouping up I'd rather take a big bodied yearling/2yo wasn't until late december the small roe were casting antlers.

Exactly my thinking, too. I'm under no pressure to make any quotas, and I love to see them do what they do. The farmer who owns the ground I shoot over is just happy that I'm taking deer to take the pressure off his crops, and I also have the huge privilege of being surrounded by ground that isn't shot at all.

Pretty much, The moorland out back pretty much no one shoots on besides the road accessible bit (Where we see her) not to mention the end of October the tenant farmer Is coming off and all his livestock is being liquidated at the moment, I'm not entirely sure if there will be livestock on these fields this year if so, will be fantastic for late winter reds I bet.
I'm no farmer but I feel like its a little late too buy in livestock?

I see If they've pre-bought anything they might be ready to go then? I'd imagine still pretty stressful to become the new tenants too a farm and have too think instantaneously too next years lambs without having a chance to settle in.
Worst case scenario they rent out there land for grazing this year? or in our case... no sheep and more deer ideally
