He's a 'supporter', he not only pays to be a member but he also wants to attract the missinformed and uneducated by calling Bullets, Bullet-Heads.
Woody did admit to not actually getting round to reloading so he was probably educated (into calling bullets, heads) by the person who sold them to him .... a person who in my mind is a complete thicko and possibly verging on being dangerous.
What else has he 'taught' people new to the sport, that gunpowder/reloading powders explode ?
Same with Tom (although he's not a suporter) he's been trying to sell his Heads since August - call them by thier real name Tom, Bullets they are , not Heads.
