This part was why I joined, there are more pages of tosh in PD than write up's general stalking reloading pages

It also encourages participation and can help to put you in touch with like minded shooters and deer stalkers.
We don't need any personal details, just your rough location (e.g. a city or county) and, for example, an idea of the sort of shooting/stalking you do and the sort of calibres and firearms you favour. We don't need to know what you want from us at this stage, thank you.
i suggest you unfollow the political discussion section then and you won’t have to see any of the threads
You never answered the question "why did you join?"
Besides someone has to point out the imbalance otherwise one side of the "house" would be empty and the ruling party would have a free hand.

I joined SD to learn and get good advice on reloading. It's been a mine of info.
As for the slow collapse of the EU, well, I won't be shedding a tear for that.
Just imagine the bureaucracy of running the European army.. it would be stuffed full of military vehicles & equipment not fit for purpose... oh hang on a minute

First couple of decent answers this morning...no wonder we have far too many deer as the decline in deer shot is relative to the rise of the PD sectionI joined SD to get a view on world politics and read the same stuff over and over
Seriously i do enjoy reading write ups and there is a treasure trove of info on hear.

Tim seems to enjoy causing conflict between members.
Don’t get too angry with each other because someone could (Anonymously even?) phone the police and say you’re a danger having firearms and without further ado the police will be at your door and take your guns and certificates away.

Hi to all members, Name's Ken, a too old retired blacksmith. Like to shoot, hunt and sea fish. Like to shoot wood pigeon, corvids, foxes and go deer stalking several times a year. Guns include 19 FBI, 243AI, 257 Weatherby Mag and a .22 RF. Also Winchester M12 20 Gauge. Hope to pick up some...
