223 moderator

After a lot of searching and advice on here I bought myself today a Tikka T3x CTR in 223 and now looking at Moderators for it. Looking for something that’s not too heavy on the end of the barrel, any advice would be great or if anyone has one to part with. It’s threaded 5/8 x 24.

I am in a similar situation, I have a Tikka ace 223 on order, the Stalon from my current TSX won’t fit and fancy a charge.
Was looking the Tikka Optisup hunt, Hausken and DPT in an over barrel.
The Stalon is great and had no issues with it.

DPT for me, added the stainless baffle as well.

DPT if you don’t want heavy. I have two and looking to get another. I have other steel mods and notice the difference in balance

Another vote for DPT with the stainless baffle. There are a number of different models for rim, centre, magnum and Bill the distributor is great fella.

I use a dpt in 308, good and light. Running a stalon on my 223 and 220, also light and good attenuation

Dpt over barrel with stainless baffle or the Jet Z cqbs would be my choices
