The end of Strelok ?

It's still available, just not on the app stores.
But will new bullets get updated onto it?

I use AB Quantum for target stuff now, but used Strelok for so long, handy to have it about.

If you are on Facebook the strelok group has all the info on where and how to get it. For android I believe you can still get updates.
I wish AB had a more intuitive interface.
One of the best best things about Strelok was just how straightforward it was to use. Very well thought through for use by someone in a hurry.
AB is possibly more accurate, but it’s obviously ‘optimised’ for range use, not field use.

AB takes a bit more time to get it where you can use it like Strelok. The advantage for me, is the custom drag models; Strelok couldn't produce a set of drops that matched my data, regardless of how accurately all the info was, whereas on any given day, that same data using the CDM was far closer to actual drops.
All irrelevant for "sensible stalking", which is where Strelok as you say wins by simplicity. You still need to get all the data right though.
Anyhoo, attempting the accepted route of updating by Huwaei App Galery is no longer available, "not available in your region".

I still use it on my Pixel but I recall turning off all the updates. It has continued to work and is the best quickfire interface I have found.
I did have a brief foray in to the Revic Optics ballistics calculator which is somewhat decent. It has certain UX's that are decent but generally speaking does not offer the same simplistic solution info in quick time that Strelock offers. These days I only use it for medium range pest control when I am static and have time to make proper wind calls. For stalking, I just have drops/click info taped to my ocular lens cover to cover solutions in 25yd steps from 200-350yds. It is rarely used.

Factory ammo?
Should work for any ammo really. Just put the bullet specs in these boxes and you're good to go
I was just looking through the database of factory ammo for 6.5 120gr cx but its not there.
The bullet is on the Hornady website, you have the weight and diameter, the bc (G1) is .428, enter in your velocity and atmospheric conditions and you're good to go

If you have already purchased Strelok on the Huawie app then change your country of origin to South Africa or Russia in your personal info and it should update. If not you will also need a VPN set to whatever country you choose
I've noticed its nigh on impossible to get bullets added to AB's library too. If you asked Igor to do it, 24hrs later it was on and done...
