Zeiss Secacam 3 not connecting

Secacam 3 was working earlier this evening and sending me through some pictures.

I topped up with some credits and closed out of the app. Been quiet all evening since.

Just checked in there and the app keeps saying "server couldn't connect 400 , please try again later" and throws me back out of the app requesting me to log in again.

The camera has new batteries changed 3 days ago and is in a good place for signal.

I have cleared the caches, logged in and out and eventually after trying everything re-installed the app.

Still nothing.

Anyone else experiencing issues ? or have any ideas of things I can try ? wont be able to get back up to the camera until tomorrow evening.

Zeiss seem to be having a lot now server issues at the moment. I we have five cameras out amd it regularly adds photos to the gallery from earlier on, locks.out the app and does not connect to cameras.

Do you just wait it out and it comes back online automatically when they fix it ? afraid now I have lost my pics by uninstalling the app etc
