Zeiss Secacam help

I already have a Secacam 5 linked to the Zeiss App.
I have just purchased a 3 and can't link it to the app.
I have upgraded my subscription to 2 cameras and this shows on my profile but when I try to add the new camera I gat and arrow message.
If i click on "manage places" is says "not enough cameras, but if I close that box it says 1 place available 🤷
 
Its not "places" that you need to add the new camera to.
Go into camera overview and press the + top right hand side, it will then ask for the activation code of your new camera
 
That gives the same result unfortunately.

i put in the activation code then get the error messages. Maybe I didn't explain it right
 
I had a new Secacam a few weeks ago that had to go back - the activation code didn't work and Zeiss couldn't provide another code remotely. The retailer had to supply a whole new camera.
