Zeiss Secacam query.

I have a Secacam 5 which i set up a couple of months ago and has since sent a few pictures to my phone.
On checking the camera itself yesterday I noticed that it has taken many more photos that I received on my phone.
The camera appears to be online. Is there a reason why it's not sending all the photos?
I have adequate subscription allowance.

strange. I’ll look through and see if this is happening with mine and get back to you. Mine are secacam 7 but im sure the tech in then is the same.

I have two 7s and the clocks were about 70 minutes out for several days.
