Zeiss Secacam 3 - Help please.!

I have a few Zeiss Secacams I picked up from the stalking show. I set up account and registered them, very easy. It worked well from the start. I'm a nightmare for remembering passwords etc.

For some reason the app keeps kicking me out and have to log back in. I have done this by resetting password.

Now when I try, I get a verification sent to email, put that in and it says the account isn't recognised? The cameras are obviously registered on the account so can't swt up a new one. Not sure what's going on?

Get in touch with Zeiss customer care, either phone or email. They are very helpful.

It's exactly the same as I've used before as far as I know! Like I say the code comes through on the email but then says account not recognised? I'll give Zeiss a call.
