Post your rifle setup including weight

Very nice what scope have you got on that set up
4-24×56 an elltech I beleive, an optics warehouse own brand.

Essentially a vector optics continental....I think at the time it was on offer for around £300. I have them on 3 rifles now, work very well with a rear add on, and only weighs 7-800g...

Tikka T3 CTR - 20” 6.5CM
PSE Evo stock with hunters rail
Atlasworx DBM with 3rd flush fit mag
Atlas CAL bipod
Oceania Defence Alpine Hunter mod
Pard Nightstaker 4k in ADM mount

4.8KG

Will soon be 4.5kg once change mount & bipod.

That’s a new design of the Oceania Defence Hunter that I haven’t seen before. If it’s a quiet as my quick lock model you will be happy. It is by and far the best silencer I’ve owned and heard and I’ve been through a few over the years.

As you well know it’s very expensive, however at 170g weight the sound suppression is astounding. Being 3D printed Ti you don’t have to worry about longevity.

I won’t lie, you are mainly responsible for the large hole in my pocket.

TT Proctor built bolt action built on a ZG-47 action in 7x57, walnut stock, Proctor steel scope mounts & Swarovski 6x36 scope: 8lb 8oz
Merkel K5, 7x57R, walnut stock, Merkel steel mounts & Kahles 3.5-10x50 scope: 6lbs 0oz
This must have been Trevor’s own rifle! Exact same build and scope

This rifle is really light it’s a sauer 101 xtc highland in 308 the hik makes it a bit more heavy but you can’t feel it on your back on a long stalk incredible rifle.
Braces were kind enough to get one it for me to handle a while back when I was looking for a lightweight .308 but I wasn't impressed with the stock. The fit, especially around the receiver was shocking - you could see daylight through it! I reasoned for the cost of it, there were better products. Eventually, went with a Tikka T3X which was only 8oz heavier than the XTC at half the price.Lightweight .308 Table.webp the cost.
