This rifle is really light it’s a sauer 101 xtc highland in 308 the hik makes it a bit more heavy but you can’t feel it on your back on a long stalk incredible rifle.
Over the moon I can’t fault it super accurate and the bolt is like silkThat certainly looks like something special. You must be pleased with it.
Every day's a school day! Thank you.No that’s a part of the stock it’s on both sides it’s meant to reduce recoil from your face.
Braces were kind enough to get one it for me to handle a while back when I was looking for a lightweight .308 but I wasn't impressed with the stock. The fit, especially around the receiver was shocking - you could see daylight through it! I reasoned for the cost of it, there were better products. Eventually, went with a Tikka T3X which was only 8oz heavier than the XTC at half the price. This rifle is really light it’s a sauer 101 xtc highland in 308 the hik makes it a bit more heavy but you can’t feel it on your back on a long stalk incredible rifle.
