ATN Thermal - After Care

Just a quick shout out to ATN and @ATN_UK_RM, my thermal has been well used and more than earned its keep. Anyway, I had an issue with it last week and on Monday this week I emailed them. Popped it into the post and on Friday I received a brand new unit from them as replacement. Absolutely fantastic customer services. I don’t have Pulsar or Hik money, but have never regretted getting this ATN thermal spotter. Great value for money and a fantastic company to deal with. AADF4B73-B489-400E-A027-9833DA3C7626.webp

Hello, Do we have any ATN rep on the forum now that Peter left the Company ??, My friend bought a Blaze Hunter Thermal Monocular via this forum and still having Battery problems, He made contact with ATN direct, New battery sent but still that has not solved the issue, It is still under Warranty, Has any SD member with this model had battery problems ?? Appreciate any help,
 
Some of the return policies and procedures are ridiculous.
Post item to retailer.
Retailer posts to distributer
Distribution posts to repair centre.
Then the whole process is repeated on return. Bonkers

Their service centre is in Hereford. I returned my original X site 5 and it was replaced no quibble.
My replacement was good until last week when it went AWOL. I will need to contact them again.
