I have a couple of pulsar scopes
One is a NV and one is a thermal ..both purchased new .. both failed me well under warranty expired
Thermal is going back third time for service now, every time came back with a different fault and I spent hours and great amount of money to go back to the range and try to 0 .
. they keep saying they can’t reproduce the faults I’m complaining about so it’s testing my patience …before I get ****ed and trash the brand and customer service
anybody got a new replacement to replace a faulty unit?!
Which I hope to get
I can’t have same unit back as it would be painful and expensive for me to go back and book range, drive miles and waste ammo just to prove is f&@£d .
It’s spent more days in service than in the field so far for both of them
So 2 units brand new are busted and 4 others I have (older models ) are still going strong … I asume I just had bad luck
