Shoot the Doe first.

Back at my friends property after quite a while as he has been poorly but he was keen to "knock off a couple" was in his invite text!
Last orders were looming with a buck chasing a doe eating up the so I took a very brisk walk up to the back field and spotted this pair with the doe (pregnant) first to go over followed by her soon to be late companion. Quick check (all good) then back to see what the other pair were up to but they had disappeared and as you do run out of time, then back to deal with the first pair.
At least 2 or more around for the next trip, gave him the score as he opened the gate to let me out, both in tip top condition.

Like your Roe they keep us busy but very hard to make any headway unless you have lots of room in the freezer
