Thats true but I dont complain about having loads of cash ...and its because I bought a ruin with 28 acres so my f***ing mortgage means I have no cash + shooting means the little bit I would have left is gone

Bugger me, starts calling at the back of a cow shed at what I thought was a fox in long grass 200 yards up wind from me but turned out to be a badger that ran off as soon as it noticed the caller and this bugger comes trotting past in front of me at 5yds!
Had to wait for it to move away to get the rifle on it!

Had a wander with the HMR and Zulu last night on a commercial nursery. For obvious reasons they are not keen on rabbits or hares. Whilst there arent a lot about Ive been shooting here for 10+ years so like to keep the owner happy. Managed 5 hares and 3 rabbits before the wind and rain stopped play.

I knew some smart arse would spot that. There are about 150,000 holes where trees have been pulled up on this ground...and when mr or mrs bunny drops into one of these holes its almost impossible to find the little buggers ...so after 5 mins of walking up and down the rows I decided the foxes (which I cant shoot on this ground) could have a free meal Similar threads
