I have just found my old hard copies of the BP guides for England and Scotland. I think there are three of them and I’m pretty sure I kept them updated for as long as they were sending out the glossy inserts. I’ll take some pictures. If you message me your phone number I can WhatsApp you. £30 for all three? I’m in North Norfolk so we can probably find a way to get them to you without posting.

Yes, I’m being a bit ruthless these days. We’ve moved house a few times in fairly quick succession recently and it really brings it home to you how much junk you’ve accumulated.

Tell me - the wife showed me a new property on RightMove this morning and there frankly nothing wrong with it and indeed, a lot that is VERY good Then my next thought was the disaster zone that's called my garage - it's doable but it'll be VERY stressful.............
