Svemko ultra 1.0 vs fryer & devik 338 UTS

Teated the Hunter Svemko today
Not a conclusive test but a Direct comparison against a DPT OB
I rate the DPT highly and up until today had received numerous comments on how quiet it was on my 6.5 Grendel

The Svemko on my 6.5-284 made it sound like an washing up bottle

Not a scientific test but…

Impressive. I’ve heard from several sources they’re superb at sound attenuation.

Sounds good thats smaller than the model I was looking at too
Have you heard this next to a F&D 338? They seem to be the top two titanium core mods on market for weight and size etc

I have a 338 UTS on my 308... You really have to see it to believe it. I shot it with my 2 year old girl about 10m away, no reaction at all. It's so quiet, especially when a few metres away.

Really i have heard some great things about the smaller ones but your response about the bigger one I want too sounds the trick if thats the case

It's a new gun so this was the first. It sounds like a moderated 17hmr with the 338. And tames the recoil to almost nothing too.

I wanted the small one too but the RFD sold me on the 338 with these points. He insisted on demoing it for me.

If it makes a 308 sound like a 17hmr I'll be very shocked I've heard the importers of them stating that so will be interesting to hear one

Think I'm just going to order one see how it goes
