7mm lead free bullet recommendations, plz?

Folks,
I'd appreciate your recommendations. I'm looking for a suitable non-lead bullet for my Sako TRGs M995 in 7x64 brenneke. 140gr or heavier. I shoot a 25-06 for lighter .

A lot depends on the twist rate of the Sako barrel. If it is factory, it is probably 1:10 which means with copper you are limited to 150gr max, more realistically 140gr. @Virtus Precision UK only do 120gr, 150gr and 165gr in 7mm. 150gr needs 1:9 and 165gr needs 1:8 twist, according to the website. I have Schultz and Larsen 7x64 in 1:10 but I am going to try the 150gr though I think 140gr would be the sweet spot. Most 7mm rifles, 708, 7x64, 7mmRem mag etc are 1:10. The more modern 7prc is 1:8.
I think long term it is better to buy British where possible.

I’ve seen A LOT of carcasses shot with British copper and all look like they have been fed a hand grande!

In shooting copper, seating depth is the only thing to need to worry about, get that right and all will be good!

Personally in all the years I’ve shot copper, which is more than 90% of the SD congregation I’ve never worried about twist rate!

All I’ve ever done is pick a bullet and make it work and I’ve never failed as of yet.

Hey buckaroo i reload for 280 ai what is pretty close to your 7x64 i had great results with hassler arritte 139 gron all kinds of game from chamoise boar red fallow . For 2506 i used nosler e tip what was performing good but changed to fox 100 gr just bc they are way cheaper . In my 7x57 and 7x57 i shot barnes 120 gr ttsx and tsx a long time all results on boar roe etc was as expected as long as i did my part .
i am not sure about availabilty of hassler bullets in the uk but i am pretty sure i saw a distrubutor for fox on their website. Fox bc is not the best but i found them to get grouping well very easy and within 400 meters bc doesnet matter for me that much for hunting purposes.
