Did you think to skin the fox?
You would have gained a pretty good idea of what had happened, had you examined the skinned carcass for evidence of damage, bruising, wounds etc.

I'm familiar with a lack of exit wounds - in my case with 52gr AMax from .223 or 50gr VMax from .22/.250
I confess I'd be surprised if there were indeed no entry wound, though.

No lol they smell on the outside side so can’t imagine what the smell like on the inside

It sounds to me astonishingly unlikely that the jacket was shed on impact, leaving the lead core alone to pass though the skin - let alone flew into the air and landed on the target: but based on that vid, this is a less-unlikely scenario than no part of the bullet at all going into the (otherwise inexplicably-deceased) target and a random bullet-jacket falling out of the sky just after you fired...

My mate who was with me when showing him the video 5 minutes after thought it was a bit of the fox that was expelled into the air .
But when the video is slowed down you see the muzzle flash then the scope blurry image of foxraising then it looks like the jacket exits the fox into the air and then lands where I found it in the pic sorry truly amazing think I’m gonna have a fiver on 3-1 to England lol

Jacket separation on muzzle exit. Poor bonding between core and jacket.
Ah - that makes more sense than on impact.
I'm not savvy enough to slow the vid down, but it does look as though the fox falls over and then the jacket arrives shortly afterwards - which makes more sense than my hypothesis.
I suspect the thing which you can see going foxwards in the vid is the hot little jacket alone, visible because it is hot and much slower than the bullet. Bullet gets there first, fox falls over, jacket either lands on fox, or bounced off the ground in front and then lands there.
