I used to wear one of these from Decathlon...truly...on my shoot's "Beaters' Day".

And have, all the time, the elastic from one of these on my car keys be I out shooting or just out and about or at home it stays on them 24/7/365. I used to beg a spare from when I worked on air cargo at East Midlands Aiport and we had to wear a visible ID on your arm. So always fairly easy to "cadge" one. The elastic is very visible. Most protective industrial clothing retailers likey sell them. Take out the elastic and use the otherwise redundant pouch for, say, the breakdown membership details you need in your car.
