Rix Tourer T50 4K - New Digital Scopw

Just received these new scopes , official release is not until early August globally . So we are pretty stoked to get them ..

I’m going to add an overview of this scope online. First impressions against everything else out there ? Rix have nearly nailed it with this one !

I need to give it a proper night test still. BUT I’m confident it will perform

Where as all the other main players have used slow aperture lenses. The Rix Tourer T50 has maintained an F1.2 lens , the only others to use these are the Alpex 4K original, Digex C50 and Pixfra Volans , but these were all adjustable, Rix have stuck with a dedicated F1.2 to maintain performance and reduce weight .

It weighs neigh on the same as an Alpex Pro, and is much more compact in length .

Boot up time is rapid, focus easy with larger diameter lens ring, allowing more accurate adjustment , over side or top turret models. Plus side turret zoom rather than the ones near the eyepiece were your all crunched up to adjust when taking a shot .

Battery power is 21700 so extra long run time , 1500m LRF built into turret , so away from lens system and it works full scan on a single press and then second press stops or ballistics , like DNT, also record is a single press like DNT .

Daytime image is excellent . I’m pretty confident at this price point this is the best performance/value of the new generation scopes on the market , the F1.2 lens will allow better light gathering over other models for lowlight and night time .
Comparison footage coming soon !

Finally someone got there !!!!

Hi Ian.
Am I correct in saying only the external 21700 battery (like the the ZT4K), so no internal battery and the worry about having to send the unit back to the manufacturer in the future to be renewed when it won`t charge anymore ?

No internal battery. It is supplied with x2 21700 batteries and a 18650 adaptor sleeve. It runs on x1 external battery. Also included is an adjustable torch mount the same style as the HikMicro mount and x2 picatinny rings.

Sounds like you’re happy to put your head on the block with the scope😅
So lighter than the Alpex 4k, side focus, turret LRF. 1.2, 3.5 base mag so great fob - sounds excellent. Just wonder how a single 18650 will cope.
Bit less warranty than the 4k.
Let’s see how it compares to the 4k at 250m with a decent torch.
Crack on as I was going to buy the 4K !

I'd prefer to use the 21700 battery it's designed for 🤣.

Looks like a good scope. I'm tempted.
Checked out their American website - they def. supply some quality eqpt. ( yes we all know even some of the best outsource manufacturing for cost purposes). No complaints. This looks like a serious contender !

Saw that -just wondered run time on 1 x 18650.
You would just use the 21700 as they're a longer runtime. The 18650 sleeve can be stored somwehere, just in case you need a backup and runout, if you have 18650 spare cells. Warranty is 3 year.

I would say lowlight the Alpex 4K still has a slight edge, but this has a faster 1500m LRF system, 33% lighter weight, shorter and more compact, better recoil record and auto base mag. Also this ranges down to 5 yds with the ballistics so its ideal for airguns also at close range with loopy trajectories.

Honest feedback - thankyou.
