BASC film - introduction to woodland stalking

Was sat watching that and thinking "where do I know that face from?" and then I realised Lewis attended some of the same lectures as I at college last year.

Great video BASC and really good to see a fellow Sparsholt student doing well, well done Lewis.

Cheers
Pete

Agreed, great video and nice to see; sceptical as I am, of course it will get praised on a stalking site, but surely we stalkers are surely not the people that you were targeting when you made this video. That's what people like the field-sports channel are around for.

was tempted to share on facebook to see what response it would get but I'm not sure I'm that brave ;)

I was waiting for Wolverine to come on here and go off the wall the purists regards tracking dogs would go nuts lol. Enjoyed the vid and i think the loaded rifle thing is just a cut from earlier film. Well done BASC

The rifle is picked up from the corner and immediately mounted to take the shot without a round being chambered. To the novice, at whom this video is directed, it would appear that such practice is acceptable. It matters not whether the sequence was edited together, it is the narrative which it portrays that is important.

I enjoyed the film, just wondered wether I would go into the body cavity with the same gloves used on the cleaves, editing maybe? or just me being picky.

jeeez some folk are just soooooooooooooooooooooooo picky.

good clip, well made, as was the wildfowling one.

I actually quite enjoyed that
Maybe a few imperfections but no one is perfect
Nice basic easy to understand guide
Nice one Lewis
Only thing I would say , it was nice to see the muntjac got the respect it deserved and was not shot on sight
