Re-setting Teeth on David Stretton breast bone saw?

My DS breast bone saw is getting a bit blunt and is not like it used to be, does any one know or has anyone tried filing and or re-setting the teeth with a saw set tool?

No. But for the sake of £20 I might just buy a new one. You'd need tools of the right pitch etc.

I'm a joiner by trade if you can put more set on the teeth it will help a great deal you may not then need to sharpen it or if you do just a light touch with a file.

What do you mean by set? Do you mean more angle?So bend one more to the left and the next to the right?

If you have never set and sharpened a saw blade before and are going to teach yourself, spend the £20 and buy a new blade tat way you will retain your sanity,

You can buy a special tool to set the teeth it just bends them very slightly left and right but as JAYB says probably cheaper to buy a new one !
