You can't overload a 223 with this powder just tip the case in fill it up and tap it on the bench then stick the bullet on top, said by a rfd

don't rubbish that one. Seen it done and then pretty sweet results too (how I don't know).... N140 is your friend. To be fair the guy John could fill a case, tap it back to the shoulder on the powder tub and get it within a quarter of a grain consistently then pop rabbits all day long out to 180y from the cattle feeder where we use do sit out for the bunnies. He could load fast....
