I have calmly and graciously listened to you concerns and addressed them, so for you to say I am pitiful in trying to deflect this issue is blatantly incorrect on your part, I feel you are simply being provocative and argumentative for the sake of it, which is pointless and will get you nowhere.

while I have no idea about where the blame lies here, I will say they your conduct on this thread has been courteous and helpful (even in the face of provocation).
Maybe others could be a tad more constructive as well?

Put yourself in my shoes for one minute. I just want my certificate. It really is that simple. I have chased your organisation on several occasions, sometimes I have not had my calls returned and have had to chase again. I have not received documentation from yourselves when apparently I should. I have asked for a date from your administrator as to when I will receive it several times now and have been met with unhelpful answers.

With all of that in mind, can you advise what I am supposed to think? Am I being unreasonable in warning other potential DSC candidates that you may be waiting in excess of six months for your certificate to turn up? Can you understand that this may be a serious issue for those wanting FC leases etc? The thread is quite valid, no matter how inconvenient it may be for yourself.

I do appreciate your offer of help, I don't appreciate you trying to deflect responsibility or blame elsewhere. You take clients payment, youshould deliver. In this case you have failed to deliver (pun not intended). If the financial institution I worked for displayed such a lack of communication and customer service skills someone would end up facing formal disciplinary proceedings. Yet you seem to imply that I have no right to be annoyed by the lack professionalism shown by your organisation.

You claim that you have tried to address my concerns. Ask yourself have you? You stated you'd look into why it took you two weeks to send my portfolio to the assesor. You have not answered this. You then failed to answer another question, and I had to ask a second time. Though I no longer care, I just want the certificate I have earned and paid for to be honest. Maybe I just expect a level of customer service you are unable to deliver.

I did just call your office and ask to speak to you directly as forum posts are not getting us very far, I was asked to leave a message as apparently you were in a meeting whilst writing the above post. What am I supposed to think?
 
So can I respectfully ask that you check you have the right number? As KF637500045GB should at least have some information two days after posting! Are you absolutely certain it has been posted?

It's only recorded delivery. Clue is in the name. No details from RM until it's been delivered and signed for so of more use to David than you (who will presumably be well aware it's been delivered...)

This is incorrect. The status will change from being received, sent to another depot ( if applicable), out for delivery and then delivered and then you'll get a picture of a signature. The whole process will be completed within 48 hours with first class post. However this post and your post are both moot as it's still not arrived.
 
I am away stalking with clients at the moment, but needless to say my phone has been hot, regarding this issue. This thread is now locked and will be cleaned up when i get back this evening.

Don't be surprised if there is one member less.
