I know it's not a guarantee, but you could do worse than to buy some Anigene disinfectant for use in kennels, dog cages, or at home on floors etc, it's supposedly the only disinfectant to kill parvo, we bought it for our recent litter of spaniel pups, came recommended by the vet.

Lost a Lab to Parvo a good number of years ago.
Horrible condition.
Don't ever want to see or hear of it again.
My other half works in a vet's in Kirkintilloch. Apparently Central Scotland has been affected
by it since about Christmas.
Sensible vaccination discipline should keep most safe.
