I know the area you are in I worked on building a 5 bedroom house there 12 years ago right next to the railway line!

I have taken dozens of young lads out to many grounds i shoot and regularly have to rescue them from under a 5 bar gate... they always come back for more... I always take their picture with the kill just as the scent glands relax. Gary Glitter wasn't that cruel!!
