Can anyone recommend a Gunsmith in Sussex/Hampshire

Can anyone recommend a good gunsmith in the West Sussex/Hampshire area? I had my barrel threaded a few months ago and I cannot get it to shoot straight with the mod on. Its shoot about a foot to the left at 50 m no matter what you do with the scope adjustments, take the mod off and its fine. The rifle was fine until I had it screw cut so can assume that I need the thread redone,

I would second this as excellent knowledge & service, although I don't know him as well as Ian, the other alternative is Rakers just up the road, they have an on site gunsmith next door to the shop.
 
+1 for Neil Mckillop, he threaded and re-crowned and bedded by stock on a .243, excellent job and nice guy!
