I can can asure you I called you're phone number 01233 635378 on more than one occasion and so did my mates.

I didn't reply on here with anything other than my honest opinion of what I had found trying to deal with you're company and if you don't like it then that's tough that's my opinion and I'm entitled to it.

I don't need to email any of my details to you because I have no interest anymore in purchasing anything from you not now or in the future after the lack of communication I received.

A couple of points for you to consider:
I have compared my Pulsar Quantum HD50S with the HD38S and there seems to be no noticeable difference in picture quality or definition.
The HD38S, the older model, will be more likely to be found at a good discount.
Battery life on the HD50S is poor and about 50% of what the marketing men claimed, so buy rechargeable batteries and a good recharging unit as it will save you in the long term.
I now wish I had purchased a unit with built-in video/recording facilities (which the HD50S doesn't have) as the add-on proprietary recording unit is a pathetic piece of cheap plastic (the Newton CVR640) which costs £119 extra and makes the unit awkward to handle.
If you buy online in the Eurozone you can save £500 to £800 compared to UK retail prices. However warranty claims will cause severe delays as you will need a (free) BIS export license to return the Unit to the Continent for repairs. I suggest confront your retailer with the Eurozone prices and negotiate. You'll find http://www.jvs-outdoor.com/ a good starting point to look at Euro prices and compare them with UK Sterling prices. You do wonder why the big difference....

That's a shame. We do work very hard on our customer service, proven by our independent, verified reviews.

Like I said we keep excellent records and if you could take a few seconds to furnish me with your full name and phone number we would find the details in moments and be able to address any issue. Unfortunately the partial information you provided returned zero results.

I did have a period where my focus had to be away from the business for some time due to family and personal illness. Thankfully this now well behind us. Maybe you called then? I just don't know without the information.

Again any further information you can give me to trace it would be gratefully received.
