I think DDS and MS have similar instincts to myself. If I see a person with a problem, my first thought is to help them, whereas some people want to stitch them up for there own gain.

Having said that you left the last stag for me, i turned it down thinking about the extraction of your stag, or was it that i could have messed up my shot!
(BTW sea trout are in but too cold for me at the moment!)

OK, i am going to have to come clean now, it has been interesting reading everyone's posts and opinions, especially in relation to the bambi syndrome.
But in the back of my mind i had a plan, which i will now reveal, i will take note of the previous posters who have not shot a deer yet and put the names in a hat, tomorrow i will contact the first name drawn by pm and offer a free stalk on does/hinds in December down here in Devon.
All i ask is a voluntary donation to Help For Heroes.

mmm ,,, Over thirty years ROUND about thirty five . mostly roe and red hinds all payed stalking , but sorry to say also had far more '' Very'' costly walks AROUND the county side, and thats not counting the times when I Could see that there were deer ''round'' but just unlucky that day , which '' is'' fair ''Enough'' and of course hundreds of free of charge fox,s '' thank God for charlie''
