Today it appears that the muntjac has been moved, but probably just half a mile further on there is a fallow dead in the centre of the motorway by the concrete blocks, again didn't realise that we had fallow this close to home.

There is a dead muntjac doe on the London bound entry slip road on junction 4 of the M20 West malling. Didn't realize they were about there.
