In Feb before this all blew up it was £45/1000 for LR and £28/1000 for SR, so I'd say £80 is probably about right given the problems. In fact, if the OP were to tell us where, there would probably be a number of people setting off to purchase.....:)

Every gun/bullet/powder combination is different, I'd probably get different results in a different calibre, (that was 6.5mm). I'm sure they will all work well in some combination!

I use the Lee case lube, 1 part lube, 4 parts water and 4 parts isopropyl alcohol to make 550ml. Put it in a spray bottle and spray into a bag containing cases, then agitate, remove and let air dry before sizing. £5 of Lee lube and £5 of alcohol will make enough to last for a couple of years...

I have a cheap Caldwell and an airgun FX radar which I use for .22LR. I use a LabRadar which I hire from the range office at Bisley for £15 a session. Took a couple of sessions to figure it out but once done, works reliably now.

I've seen the same with 6.5CM S&B factory rounds on first firing. I doubt it was you, most likely a weakness in the brass

It will certainly deter the casual target shooter but club shooters are already paying 13p a round for SK Rifle Match, 19p a round for Lapua Center-X and 26p a round for Tenex. If non-lead ammo comes in at 20p a round I think most club shooters will continue and buy it for outdoors. I suppose...

Really well said. I support a charity that helps provide period products in developing countries and it shames me that (a) we cannot manage it in our own country and (b) people think it's something wokeist to take the **** about. Some of you really need to grow up, those are our sisters, wives...

I save the water that comes out of my air conditioner and rinse in that, it helped but the cases just were not shiny enough, cutting back on the citric, (I was using a tablespoon!) fixed the problem.
