Deer Stalking Syndicate Recommendations? A1 or shooting.sh

The subject is " Deerstalking syndicate recommendations"
Not what insurance you three have.
I had most post removed for slight deviation off the subject.
Is it one rule for one and another rule for others.🤔

A good friend of mine stalks with this syndicate (I don’t and have no connection to them). He rates it: with a bit of prior planning he’s shot most of the UK species. I would imagine that this represents good potential option for those new to stalking or people without access to land.

If the client makes a mistake under the direct instructions of the guide, then yes, but NOT if the client doesn't do as instructed by the guide.

I have the correct commercial insurance, I worry for the guides that rely on some shooting orgs that state 'as long as you don't exceed £5k per year, blah, blah, blah.
I get you but its then a court who has the last word on who is to blame . Shooting insurance through an org? Yeah i would certainly not trust it to cover me , indeed of late insurance companies will do all they can to throw out a claim or make it so long to pay out that the moneys paid to continue the insurance often pays the Bill . Twin Towers is a perfect example

Insurance has got nothing at all to with this subject. Go post a subject on Insurance in the Legal section of the site..
Have respect for the rules or equal treatment for all concerned.

Being in London, I'm looking to join a syndicate with various options for stalking across the South West and further afield. Can any recommend A1decoy or shooting.sh (Bob Glynn)?
Both seem reasonably priced and fairly straight forward with outings refunded etc.
I've done my DSC1 and several paid stalks and now looking to do a bit more...
And thoughts and feedback on the above would be much appreciated!
I commented a few years ago on land A1 decoy were advertising, knowing full well they didn't have the shooting rights. I imagine there are plenty who are happy enough with what they pay and what they receive, if you happen to live locally to any of the ground then maybe it makes sense to join.
Equally there are a collective many who wouldn't touch them with a barge pole.
Shooting sh has a long history of disgruntled members for various reasons, a brief search on here will show Bob Glynn who ran it does not come with glowing recommendations.

I have been in syndicates for all if not most of my stalking for close to 20 years, for every one bad syndicate there are plenty of good ones.
Finding the right balance between members who all sing from the same hymn sheet, and a land owner/lease holder who is open and transparent is key.
They certainly do exist, and not everyone thankfully is out to pull your pants down. Word of mouth and recommendations are key.

Just read the first 10 posts.. No mention of insurance 🤔
But when I mention scumbag Deer guides over charging clients for days out and inflating costs to keep a carcass.
My posts get removed.
The only equal treatment Deer guides use is hit the wealthy handsomely. But also hit the stalkers who are on a lower incomes exactly the same.
That's for days out or to keep a carcass.
Malcom had bragged in the past that he doesn't use game dealer?
WTF does he do with the Deer that gets shot? Charge the clients £2.20 a kilo? Or £1.50 a kilo?
The fact is that all the larger Deer species at present are worth £1 per kilo.
As from next weekend they will be worth next to nothing.
As from next Friday March 28th if you need a Red Deer carcass I can supply free of charge.
Contact me through the private message service..
Sometimes the client takes the carcass as many come to stalk for the pot. I charge gamedealer rate at the time.
In other instances I keep the carcasses and hand them over to my good friend who also runs a butchery and farm shop. They are turned into first class burgers sausages and distributed amongst friends and family. Also any guide with me at the time gets a share too.
That answer your question matey ?
And the reason for taking your post and the other previous one, not yours, is because it started to get personal, and that's not what the sites about.
I would also cool your response down too. I don't need to brag to you or anyone. OK.
