The game has gone too soft.
In the 70's and 80's you had big crunching tackles from which everyone got up and got on with it. Nowadays it's almost like a non contact sport.
Not the players fault but the money sloshing around in football is obscene, who is worth a quarter or half a million £'s a week? The Doctors and nurses looking after my terminally ill Grandson maybe, but a footballer?

Yes the same here,the game has been sanitised now,the crunches below are not like 'the old days' of blood and bruises where it was a tough game.

And so it was, we were relegated yesterday following a 2-1 defeat across town at our bitter rivals. We are the first team ever to be relegated in Feb.

Sunday's result was the coup de grâce, but every Wednesday fan knew at the start of the season that relegation was almost nailed on for us.

Things are not looking great on the new owner front either. The poker player is looking more dodgy by the day. If that falls through, and the rumours are correct, Mike Ashley is waiting in the wings to snap us up.

If that happens, we will start next season, in league 1, on -15 points.

Sure it's not always the best league, but the SPL takes some beating for exciting this year. Final game will decide title, head to head, us lot or the jambos (shame them in blue fell apart when it mattered 🇬🇧💩 😆😆). 🍀🍀🍀

Edit- before anyone start about last night's pen, it's about time we got lucky with VAR, been hammered by it all season.

U can't watch mutch Scottish fitba.

Bloody old firm get every decision going and still have cheek to moan about it claiming the other sidegets more..
Scottish fitba (and glasgow) would be a far better place without the bigot brothers.
